This is only our 4th Centaur in 14 years. they are very very rare,& I was told there was only around 75 cars ever built & they cost over $60,000. back in 1981, & would cost well over $85,000. to build today. that peppy 3.8 liter V6 Pontiac engine, still has a lot of life in it.car is 15 1/2 feet long, with 108" wheelbase & very heavy, at around 3500 pounds,& is titled as a 1981 Centaur & is now 27 years old. has an automatic transmission, air conditioning,& heater,power brakes,steering ,and windows, tilt wood steering wheel, full wood dash, 4 real chrome wire wheels,with wide white tires, fold out rumple seat with a small trunk under the rumble seat, black German canvas top, twin spot lights, spare tire is over the engine & easy to remove, tinted windows, oval Euro styled front tag, 2 piece bumpers, thick suicide doors,,& 2 piece front hood, fiberglass body will never rust, ever,& gets great gas mileage with the V6 engine, 2 tone paint job, is just ok,& showing some checking in the silver.
